Withdrawal from the course after a payment has been made and received will incur an administration charge of 10% of the total course fee up to six weeks prior to the course start date. No refunds will be made if cancellation is made within six weeks of the start date. All cancellations must be made in writing. This is in line with general policies relating to study leave.
We may allow transfer to another course if the request is made six weeks or more before the course start date. Transfer within six weeks will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, if spaces are available and will be at the discretion of the course director. The transfer will be subject to a 10% administration fee.
While we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change the timetable and/or the faculty without prior notice and to cancel any courses without liability. We will refund the full course fees to delegates.
The cancellation policy will be strictly adhered to and by submitting your application, you are agreeing to it.
